As part of a pre-assignment visit, our local area expert will ensure your employee and their family get to know the location before they move and gives a great overview of what the relocation will feel like: How the school run will work, how far the supermarket shop will be, how long station to front door will be daily and where the nearest cafe will be to read the Sunday papers. 😉
Homesearch
Following a detailed call in which each individual’s needs are carefully assessed and understood, our housing specialist identifies the properties which best suit client’s needs, prepares a detailed itinerary of properties to visit and accompanies the client on the days of the Home-finding tour. Once a suitable property is found, we will follow through with all the necessary paperwork, support and guidance until the lease is signed and sealed and the keys are handed over.
School Search
Children’s education needs to be approached with care and consideration. Beyond simply searching based on location and availability of places, our expert Schooling Consultants will also study current and future education requirements for the child, such as what style of teaching establishment would suit them best, where the key further education options lie in the future, probability of transition back to home country, requirement for EFL support – to name but a few.
